Architecture class guide
Architecture labels are interpretation labels. They summarize record distribution and payload/context burden.

| Low-record-burden interpretation-limited | Computed, but record support is sparse. |
| Compact downstream-CDS record-coverage hypothesis | High record coverage may be obtained from a transcript boundary; read with donor payload and context caveats. |
| Compact local exon/block record cluster | Record burden is concentrated in a local exon or adjacent exon block. |
| Downstream-CDS high-coverage with context burden | Downstream coverage is high, but boundary, splice, dosage, or context assumptions dominate interpretation. |
| Large-payload / donor/payload-burden caveat | High record coverage may require a large payload or heavy delivery/evidence burden. |
| Tumor-predisposition control/caution | High ClinVar burden is retained as a control/caution label, not suitability. |
| Mapping/locus-complex caution | Interpretation is constrained by locus or mapping complexity. |
| Single-exon record cluster | A single exon explains a notable fraction of record burden. |
| Diffuse/moderate record architecture | No strong compact unit dominates record coverage. |
| Mechanism-complex limitation | Repeat, noncoding, splicing, or mechanism complexity can exceed VCF-based architecture metrics. |
